Living well , long lives

Photobucket
We may live with constant reminders of our own mortality but I like to think it is a long slow journey.

My mom still working, bounds by in pursuit of a fleeing toddler at a day care I often think she has found the fountain of youth.
Her advise:
Sing a song
hope a hope,
smile,
laugh
and be joyful.
Hold close in your heart all that makes you happy.

I love you mom.
Thank you.
Happy Birthday to me.
